We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal data such as Social Security numbers through the public website. Those are handled securely through approved client platforms (e.g., Ignition, Keeper, QBOA).
Sensitive PII, including Social Security Numbers, is only collected via secure, WISP-approved methods (e.g., ShareFile, Ignition, or Keeper) and is never to be transmitted via unencrypted email or other non-secure channels.

- Comply with legal, contractual, and regulatory requirements.

We maintain administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect information from loss, misuse, or unauthorized access. All staff and contractors follow the Future7FS WISP and Employee Code of Conduct.
Sensitive PII, such as SSNs, client tax records, or IDs, are handled exclusively within secure, encrypted environments and never transmitted by standard email.
Future7FS routinely reviews its systems and processes to ensure compliance with IRS Publication 4557 and applicable data protection standards.
5. Data Retention
Information is retained only as long as necessary to provide services, meet legal obligations, or resolve disputes. Client data is securely deleted or anonymized when retention is no longer required.

We are committed to respecting your privacy rights, including principles consistent with the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and similar global data privacy frameworks. Depending on jurisdiction, you may have the right to:
